(Please carefully read all directions and warnings before use. See package insert.)

Step 1 Add the desired amount of uniodized salt or nasal rinse mix to the clean bottle. We recommend Sinus Genie Nasal Rinse Salt.

Step 2 Fill the bottle to the (8 oz) fill line with lukewarm water.
Do not use hot or boiling water. Do not microwave water in Neti Bottle.

Step 3 Use the desired cap and screw onto bottle until tightened securely. Gently shake to dissolve the mixture completely. Lean over a sink or in the shower and place rinse tip snugly against one nostril.

Follow the directions below for the top you are using. See insert.

For the Rinse Top with Tube:

Step 4 With bottle in upright position, gently squeeze until the water comes out the opposite nostril.

For the Net i Top with Curved Tip:

Step 4 Turn the Neti Top or your head according to the desired direction of flow. Pour for a mild flow or gently squeeze bottle for a more forceful flow until solution drains from the other nostril.

Step 5 Repeat this process with the other nostril until bottle is empty.
