	If you don't know whether your supplements are working or not then take a look at the formula of the supplement. Perhaps your supplements have to many fillers and you aren't getting enough of what you are paying for.
	For the best results many people must take their supplements with food to be able to digest them properly and absorb the nutrients into their system.
	Each person is unique therefore each body requires supplements that are also unique to individual needs. Perhaps you are taking the wrong supplements.
